- Payment Information: We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We may store the last 4 digits and card expiry for reference.

- Provide and manage heating, plumbing, and maintenance services.
- Process payments and generate invoices.
- Communicate with you about your bookings, quotes, and job updates.
- Send you important safety notices or service reminders (e.g., annual boiler service reminders).
- Comply with legal obligations, such as Gas Safe regulations.
Your data is stored securely on cloud servers with restricted access. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Access to your personal information is limited to our employees and contractors who need it to perform their job functions (e.g., engineers visiting your property).
